For some reason my phone decided to block all text messages I was receiving from the Rustic Furniture Depot. I waited a few days after my order and called to see what was going on. The staff member that answered the phone was super nice and walked me through everything and got my delivery scheduled and I was able to fix the texting issue while we were on the phone. Can't wait to get my delivery!

I have had their rustic furniture bed sets for years (over 10) and they are very very durable. We love the rough look. They have gotten a little darker over the years but that makes them look even better!

We were asked if we needed any help. As soon as we said we were just looking, they let us shop without hovering over us. Answered questions politely. When we were ready to actually buy, they were very helpful and since we picked up, their delivery men help us to safely secure our bed. We came in with a number and went out with a great discount and an additional 5% military discount.

The two guys who delivered our furniture were friendly, courteous and professional. They accommodated our requests and promptly set up the furniture. They were careful when bringing the furniture in. They did a great job and we just want to say Thank you both!

Have been to this place three times in the last month and a half, and it has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with all of the sales people with my needs. And they have a great selection in different style rustic furniture to choose from and some of the best prices I have seen throughout Dallas Fort Worth. And you can’t beat the price Anywhere on the hides!! And we have completed our side projects with more hide’s we purchased

Not cheap and veneered like you find at large chain furniture stores. Solid woods and fine craftsmanship. Great sales staff and the delivery/setup was quick and on-time. Very happy with our new furniture ! And the whole shopping experience. Highly recommend

Love love love our new table and corner hutch! So much prettier in person! Great customer service as well. Walked in, picked one out and they loaded it up for us and sent us on our way. 😊😊 …

This place is a like a hidden gem—in the middle of a growing city. Don’t let the reasonable prices fool you!!! Bought a BR suit. Very nice and well built. And the suite was one of the least expensive ones. It is heavy solid wood, particularly the dresser… other pieces much lighter. There are many, many more pieces in store than you see online. And the store is huge. What you see online is a fraction of what they actually have. Additionally, from service in-store to pick-up in warehouse, they are outstanding. Highly recommend!

We traveled to Rustic Furniture Depot from Jones, OK to purchase a living room Furniture set. This was our third time to Rustic to purchase items and we really love the place, for the quality of the furniture and it is a style that fits our lifestyle and preference very well. We intended on purchasing the gun barrel set but then saw the tumbleweed set, that included the Moto Motion system and fell in love with it. The leather was excellent quality and we found it to be of very good construction and seemed very durable. We think it will last us for the next 15 years easily. We already have two living room shelves picked out to go back and get soon for our living room. The folks there are very nice and helpful in any way when inquiring about the furniture. I love that the wood furniture is made in Puebla, Mexico and you can tell very easily that they take pride in their work. If western style furniture is your thing like it is ours, then this is your place to go hands down!
